Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience in RC structural works and Wet Trade construction projects.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and drawing requirements.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Liaise with supervisors and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs

. Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineer's and supervisors' team

.· Review and revise drawings to meet design and safety standards.

• Maintain organized and easily accessible drawing records.
• Prepare Architectural and Structural drawings
• Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
• Maintain proper record for drawings and information
• Create drawings from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer
• Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed
• Experience in construction M&E works.
