Manage daily production and warehouse operations to meet productivity and delivery targets.
Oversees inventory control and storage
Monitor production output, inventory accuracy, quality and operational KPIs.
Lead and allocate manpower across production and warehouse teams.
Drive initiatives to reduce wastage, improve productivity and optimize operational costs.
Supervise, train and develop production and warehouse workers
And to Ensure work safety requirements
