Job Responsibilities

Review material planning requirements, issue Purchase Orders, and follow up on delivery schedules.

Manage and monitor material receiving and delivery activities.

Coordinate with suppliers on shipping arrangements.

Expedite critical deliveries to support business requirements.

Create and maintain data in the ERP system.

Verify and maintain pricing accuracy.

Reconcile inventory records and support inventory management.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

ITE or GCE O-Level qualification, or equivalent.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role requires communicating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors who may not be proficient in English.

Experience using ERP systems will be an advantage.

Experience

Relevant purchasing, materials planning, or supply chain experience is an advantage.
