Company Overview

NB is a local construction company in Singapore managing diverse projects including BTO, HIP, landed housing, condominiums, industrial buildings, car park upgrades, and government agency projects such as DSTA and MOE A&A.

Job Summary

You will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure projects complete on time and within budget while coordinating with stakeholders and managing risks.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update master construction programmes and detailed schedules to guide project execution

Track daily and weekly site progress to identify delays early and implement recovery plans to maintain project timelines

Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and heavy equipment efficiently across all project phases to optimize resource utilization

Communicate effectively with project directors, clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and regulatory authorities such as BCA, MOM, NEA, and URA to ensure alignment and compliance

Identify potential technical or timeline risks, propose engineering solutions, and support delay claims or contractual compliance to mitigate project risks

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building

5 to 10 years of relevant experience with local main contractors

Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and building information modeling (BIM) tools like Revit or Navisworks
