Key Responsibilities

• Implement enhancements based on requirements specified in Change Requests.

• Perform application testing and closure of application defects.

• Provide production support to users, handle user queries, and resolve production issues.

• Provide resolution and/or workarounds to reported issues and problems.

• Liaise with external systems in resolving production issues when necessary.

• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the required level of quality.

• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and escalate whenever required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java.

• Willingness to learn Pega and other technologies required by the project.

• Open to junior candidates.
