Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring daily project activities;

• Travel to different project sites when required to follow up on work progress and

project matters;

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel;

• Monitor project schedules and ensure works are carried out according to project

requirements and agreed timelines;

• Follow up on site progress, material delivery, submissions, and outstanding project

matters;

• Attend site and project meetings and coordinate with relevant parties on project

requirements;

• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, records, and correspondence;

• Coordinate between the office and site teams to ensure smooth communication and

project execution;

• Assist in resolving day-to-day site coordination and operational issues;• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Applicant Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, or related

discipline;

• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction or project coordination

field;

• Able to travel between different project sites when required;

• Good communication and coordination skills;

• Able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site

personnel;

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

• Able to work independently and manage multiple project matters.
