Role Description The Admin & Operations Executive – F&B is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day office and outlet administration, including managing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules and appointments with vendors (Singtel, Vivipos, others).



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



New Outlet Opening (core)

•  Own the opening checklist from lease handover to soft launch, tracking all milestones

•  Set up utilities (SP Group, City Energy), business internet and telephony, CCTV, guest Wi-Fi, printers and KDS

•  Coordinate POS procurement, installation and configuration; set up payment terminals, merchant IDs, NETS and PayNow



Facilities & Vendor Management

•  Manage recurring contracts: pest control, grease trap and hood cleaning, aircon servicing, waste disposal, equipment maintenance

•  Run the outlet repair-request process(POS, Internet, Etc); dispatch contractors and track resolution to closure

•  Verify utility bills and vendor invoices; maintain the asset register and preventive maintenance schedule



REQUIREMENTS

•  Diploma or above; 1+ years in general affairs, administration, facilities or store-opening support

•  Experience in F&B, retail or a multi-outlet chain environment strongly preferred
