Are you confident on the phone and enjoy connecting with people? As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a key role in generating business opportunities by engaging corporate prospects and arranging meetings for our Sales team. This role offers a competitive basic salary plus an attractive commission scheme, rewarding your success in generating quality leads and appointments.

Job Purpose

The Lead Generation Specialist supports the sales team by reaching out to potential corporate clients, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and maintaining accurate records. This role focuses on opening doors, not closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Make outbound calls to corporate prospects using provided databases
• Introduce AZEO’s training and talent development solutions clearly and professionally
• Identify and qualify potential decision-makers (HR, L&D, Managers, Directors)

Appointment Setting

• Secure appointments or follow-up discussions for the Sales / Talent Solutions team
• Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate handover

Database & Reporting

• Update CRM or tracking sheets with call outcomes, feedback, and next actions
• Maintain clean and up-to-date prospect records
• Prepare simple daily or weekly call activity reports

Support Sales Activities

• Follow up on enquiries from marketing campaigns, events, or LinkedIn leads
• Assist in reactivating past or inactive corporate clients

Key Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with corporate clients
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools is a plus)
