The Manager – HR Projects (PMO), Strategy, Analytics & Chief of Staff serves as an extended execution arm to the Head of HR Asia MEA. This role combines HR project management, people analytics, communications, governance and executive support responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of regional HR priorities and transformation initiatives.
As the central coordination point for Asia MEA HR, the incumbent will work closely with Global HR, HR Business Partners, HR Center of Excellence , and business stakeholders to drive execution excellence.
Your Mission
Strategic Planning
- Act as extended execution arm of the Head of HR Asia MEA, driving execution of strategic HR priorities.
- Coordinate HR meetings, governance forums, and regional HR initiatives.
- Prepare Town Hall presentations, talking points, and leadership communications.
- Manage action tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination across the region.
HR Project Management (PMO)
- Lead, coordinate and execute regional HR projects and transformation initiatives such as Employee Engagement Surveys and Workshops, Culture Recognition Programs and change management initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and executive dashboards.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability for key deliverables.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain regional HR dashboards and scorecards, in partnership with HR Center of Excellence.
- Produce monthly people analytics reports and workforce insights for leadership.
- Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, hiring, engagement, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
Talent & Succession Management
- Coordinate regional talent review and succession planning processes.
- Prepare talent insights, succession dashboards, and leadership reports.
- Support calibration sessions and follow-up development actions.
Executive Communications
- Lead development of Asia MEA HR and Regional/Global Town Hall presentations and communication materials.
- Develop executive-level communications aligned to business and people priorities, in partnership with the business and Global HR.
Regional HR Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between Asia MEA HR and Global HR.
- Consolidate regional inputs for global initiatives, reporting requirements, and HR programs.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between global and regional stakeholders.
Your Talents
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, HR, HR Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or Workforce Analytics.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and working with leadership teams in a regional or global environment.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and people analytics is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
