Job Summary

Support customers by troubleshooting robotics hardware and applications, performing cleanroom installations, and delivering training to optimize mobile robot deployment across SEA and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot robotics hardware and software issues to ensure reliable system performance and minimize downtime
• Perform installation and troubleshooting of robotics systems within cleanroom environments to maintain operational standards
• Develop and deliver customer training sessions, including preparing clear and effective training materials using PowerPoint
• Travel regionally within SEA and internationally to support installation, troubleshooting, and training activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and system functionality
