Job Summary

You will lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of architectural projects to meet client requirements and quality standards

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion

Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals

Coordinate and manage internal and external teams to optimize project workflow and performance

Utilize ARCHICAD software to develop architectural designs and technical drawings

Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and project documentation

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1 year of local architectural project experience

Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects

Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
