Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure company performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure financial health through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
Foster a positive company culture and empower leadership teams.
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Job requirements:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechatronic Technology or a related field.
5-10 years leadership experiences in manufacturing sector or senior executive role, gained from working your way up the corporate ladder through various roles and jobs.
Deep understanding of machinery and parts manufacturing processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellence leadership, change management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
