CHU JIANG ZI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to support the Group's corporate development, strategic planning and management of its portfolio companies and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement corporate development and business growth initiatives.

Monitor the operational and financial performance of subsidiaries and provide recommendations to management.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion projects.

Coordinate with subsidiary management teams to implement Group strategies and business objectives.

Conduct market and competitor research to support management decision-making.

Prepare business performance reports, management presentations and strategic recommendations.

Support budgeting, business planning and performance review processes across the Group.

Coordinate cross-functional projects between the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Support senior management in evaluating new investments and business initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

Good understanding of business operations, corporate development and strategic planning.

Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyse business performance and prepare management reports.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking business partners, stakeholders and management teams, as well as reviewing business documents in both languages.
