We’re the team helping Arnott’s win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott’s Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region.

This role will be based in Bangsar South.

What you’ll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, the Commercial team, and internal stakeholders on all claims management and dispute resolution matters, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end claims processes, including claim validation, investigation, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and claims settlement.
• Review and analyze customer deductions, trade claims, promotional claims, pricing discrepancies, rebates, and other claim-related issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor outstanding claims and disputes, ensuring proper follow-up, documentation, and closure within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to investigate root causes and resolve claims in a timely manner.
• Prepare claims reports, dispute aging analysis, dashboards, and management updates to track performance and support business decision-making.
• Support in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements and continuous improvement projects to strengthen claims management effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/ Finance/ Management/Business Admin)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of OTC experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of claims management, dispute resolution, customer deductions, and account reconciliation.
• Shared services experience preferable.
• Experience in SAP or exposure to ERP systems preferable.
• Demonstrated problem solving capability.
• Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation.
• High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
