We are looking for warm, self motivated people who love retail and genuinely enjoy connecting with customers to join our store team as Retail Ambassadors. Immediate availability is a strong plus.

As a Retail Ambassador you are the face of the brand. You will shape how customers experience our stores and the relationships build.

What you will do (including but not limited to):

• Create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest, offering genuine advice on fit, gifting, and product selection
• Stay well versed in our products, new launches, and promotions across brand
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and inviting at all times
• Assist with visual merchandising as new stock arrives, so the brand always looks its best
• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, and support all stocktake exercises
• Handle cashiering on the POS system and pack customer purchases with care
• Work closely with HQ to give prompt updates, and drive store sales performance

What we are looking for:

• A genuine interest in retail - fashion/footwear, what they stand for, and their products
• A warm, empathetic personality: someone comfortable approaching strangers and striking up a real conversation, and someone customers feel at ease approaching too
• A team player who contributes to an environment built on teamwork, support, and respect
• A quick multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment while keeping the floor tidy
• A dependable colleague who can also work independently and proactively

The roles:

• Part Time: minimum 25 hours per week. Must be available for at least 1 weekend day, and open to both opening and closing shifts. Minimum 6 months commitment. Paid on an hourly basis.
• Full Time: approximately 44 hours per week. Must be work every Saturday and public holidays, and open to both opening and closing shifts. Benefits and incentives apply.

Work locations are in Orchard. Successful candidates may be assigned. Only Singapore Citizens, PRs, or those with valid eligibility to work in Singapore may apply.
