Job Description – Software Developer

Experience: 4–7 Years
Focus: Salesforce SAAS

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer with 4–7 years of experience in developing, integrating and supporting SaaS-based enterprise applications, with strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystems.

The candidate should have experience across the end-to-end SaaS product lifecycle, including development, API integration, testing, deployment, production support and continuous product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain scalable SaaS-based enterprise applications.
• Work on integrations with Salesforce and Oracle platforms using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, web services and microservices.
• Participate in the complete product lifecycle from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Integrate SaaS applications with Salesforce CRM and Oracle Cloud/enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Functional Consultants and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow secure and scalable coding practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control and cloud deployments.
• Develop unit, integration and API tests.
• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Experience

• 4–7 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in SaaS / cloud application development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning or Salesforce integrations is preferred.
• Experience with integration technologies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud or AWS.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within enterprise technology ecosystems such as:

• Salesforce CRM
• Salesforce APIs & Integrations
• Apex / Lightning
• Salesforce Platform
• Third-party application integrations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Salesforce, cloud certifications would be an advantage.
