About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping companies solve their manpower challenges. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through recruitment and staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outdoor canvassing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Prepare and present recruitment and staffing proposals to clients.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business deals.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful fulfilment of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
