We are looking for passionate Data & Analytics professionals to join our Technology Consulting (Digital, Cloud and Data) team. We are hiring for both Associate and Senior Associate levels. You will work with clients to design, build, and implement modern data platforms and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.

Depending on your experience and specialization, you may focus on Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or a combination of these capabilities.

Job Requirements

Data Analytics

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support data quality assessments and business insights generation.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.

Data Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Support data integration across multiple platforms and sources.
• Assist in building modern data warehouses and data lake solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance standards are met.

Solution Architecture

• Support the design of end-to-end data and analytics architectures.
• Assist in defining data models, integration frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
• Work with business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design workshops and technical assessments.

Requirements

Associate (0-3 Years)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, data management, and analytics concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Senior Associate (3-6 Years)

• 3-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, Data Warehousing, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience building dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with ETL tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Snowflake, AWS Data Services, or GCP Data Platform is advantageous.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently and support project delivery.
