Job Title: Scheme Support Services Executive
Job Summary
Responsible for handling scheme-related enquiries, applicant change requests, appeal assessments, and administrative/operational support to ensure smooth delivery of scheme services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle mailbox enquiries from members of the public and device/connectivity partners.
Process approved applicants’ change requests, including address and assistance package updates.
Review and prepare appeal assessments using information from AUTHORITY’s system and submit appeals for approval.
Support administrative and operational activities, including project coordination, data analysis, and collateral replenishment requests to service touchpoints such as Community Centres and Libraries.
Perform other duties as assigned by AUTHORITY.
Requirements
GCE ‘A’ Level with at least 3 passes, Diploma, or recognised equivalent qualification.
Minimum
2 years’ relevant experience
in bill/claim verification, appeal reviews, enquiry handling, data management, administration, or customer service.
Intermediate proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
.
Good administrative, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Able to work accurately and manage multiple tasks within stipulated timelines.
