Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and presenting beverages to meet product and performance standards, maintaining bar equipment, suggesting and upselling food and drinks, and engaging guests professionally and warmly.
Responsibilities
Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place accurately for efficient service
Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality
Serve beverages and actively upsell to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards at all times
Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback to maintain high service standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role to ensure competency in bar operations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality control
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Outgoing personality to engage guests and enhance their experience
