About the Role

We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to promote our bookkeeping services to SMEs in Singapore. This is a

100% commission-based

role with flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for freelancers, sales professionals, insurance agents, property agents, or anyone with strong business networks.

You will be responsible for generating new clients and building long-term relationships with business owners.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new SME clients requiring bookkeeping services.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email marketing and LinkedIn.

Arrange meetings (physical or virtual) with business owners and decision-makers.

Introduce our bookkeeping and accounting support services.

Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable service packages.

Follow up on enquiries and close sales.

Build long-term relationships to encourage contract renewals and referrals.

Maintain a record of prospects and sales activities.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

Previous B2B sales or business development experience is preferred.

Experience selling accounting, payroll, HR, recruitment or business services will be an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable approaching business owners and decision-makers.

Existing network of SME contacts is an added advantage.
