Job Summary
Driving the expansion of KK Mart into corporate and institutional spaces! This role focuses on identifying high-potential locations, building strategic partnerships, and bringing our brand closer to communities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including public universities, hospitals, government and semi-government agencies, and high-density commercial areas.
2. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and site visits.
3. Lead and coordinate impactful project presentations to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, business development, or related fields.
3. Strong understanding of local property market trends; experience in valuation or property research is an added advantage.
4. Resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
