全职 Lab Engineer (Testing and Calibration) Jobs, in EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd Kulim - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Lithium battery reliability test, such as cylindrical batteries, prismatic batteries and button batteries. the test including electrical performance, environment testing, short-circuit testing, vibration testing etc.

• Insure the efficiency, safety and quality of test process. Be responsible for test data acquisition， test result collection and test report.

• Daily lab task, including 5s, safety, data test analysis.

• Master on all test equipment’s operation and responsible on training and lead the technician.

• Perform calibration, verification, and maintenance of measurement instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Develop and optimize metrology management procedures, calibration plans, and work instructions.

• Conduct periodic status verification, deviation analysis, and propose improvement actions for measurement equipment.

• Manage third-party calibration service providers, review calibration reports, and ensure compliance.

• Establish and maintain measurement data traceability in accordance with national/international standards (e.g., ISO 17025).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and above， applicants with a recent graduation are also welcome.

• Possess test-related knowledge, test equipment knowledge, enterprise management knowledge, etc.

• Possess test logic and be proficient in using relevant analysis tools, such as origin, 6sigma, PDCA, etc.

• Possess theoretical knowledge and practical experience in ISO17025 laboratory management.

• Strong learning and adaptability.
