Jobs Description
Prepare technical proposal & cost estimation for project tenders
Source for local/oversea suppliers, fabricators & sub-cons
To prepare & submit progress claims, variation order &finalization of account
To prepare & certify claims for suppliers and sub-contractors
Develop, review and monitor the compliance of tender and contracts policy and guidelines, in line with the industry best practice
Ensure all estimates provided are at a competitive level
Prices/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
Sourcing,evaluate and compare subcontractors’/suppliers’ quotation
Liaise with client and other construction professionals, such assite managers, project managers and site engineers
Ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirement
Min. Diploma in Building /Quantity Surveying /Engineering or equivalent
Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
Fresh Graduates also welcome
Able to read construction, architectural & engineering drawings
Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Ability to take -off quantity with accuracy
Able to meet tight deadlines
Must be able to work independently
