We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our financial services to potential clients, helping them secure loans from banks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and promote our range of financial services designed to help them secure loans from banks.
• Needs Assessment: Identify and understand client needs, providing detailed information on how our services can facilitate their loan approval process.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have about the loan process.
• Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our financial products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively address client needs and objections.
• Client Support: Offer preliminary guidance on the documentation and steps required to apply for loans, setting clear expectations for the process.

Requirement:

• Experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about communicating with people.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve higher income and career growth through personal performance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
