About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the sales team at Kuan Hoi Trading Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop lasting client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential and existing customers, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets and market expansion objectives. This role requires a professional who can effectively identify sales opportunities, engage with clients, and close deals whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Greet every customer warmly and answer questions about product features, prices, and deals.
• Presenting and demonstrating products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Preparing accurate sales quotes, proposals and documentation as required
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities and transaction details in the system
• Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Meet or beat regular sales goals and target

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, ideally within a trading, distribution or retail environment
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive mindset
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Problem-solving abilities and flexibility in adapting to changing market conditions
• Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to maintaining client satisfaction
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing or sales is advantageous
