Oversee day-to-day business operations and administrative workflows
Supervise and coordinate support staff across various functions
Assist in business process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Manage client/customer relationship and service delivery standards
Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and escalate issues to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
