岗位职责
JOB SUMMARY:
Dispatch of drawings.
Prepare and maintain document control and filing system for drawings.
Report creation for construction manager.
Date entry tasks.
Maintain in-house project management system by keeping electronic records of incoming and outgoing documents.
Liaise with residents/owners, town councils, HDB, consultants & subcontractors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Visit owners/residents and arrange defective works to be rectified.
Keep documentation record of the requests or complaint from the public.
Disseminate information and handle complaints/feedbacks from public.
Ensure project drawing, requisition and document transmittal files are maintained and compiled.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
