We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio to join the Software Engineering team.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, reviewing, and supporting Workday integrations. The role involves working closely with Integration Leads, Functional teams, and other technical teams in an Agile/Sprint-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
• Understand and work on integration-related items assigned as part of Agile sprints.
• Estimate development effort and provide clear justification/explanation for estimated hours.
• Analyze requirements and design, develop, and test integration solutions within agreed timelines.
• Perform peer reviews of integration code and deliverables developed by other team members.
• Identify and communicate dependencies, blockers, and risks to Integration Leads.
• Support migration of integration code/components across different Workday tenants/environments.
• Perform sanity checks and validation after migration.
• Collaborate with Functional teams to understand:
• Field mappings
• Business requirements
• Integration dependencies
• Data requirements
• Provide technical support for integrations during the post-go-live support period.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related technical issues.
• Follow established development, testing, deployment, and documentation standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
