Job Responsibilities

• Develop and improve speaker testing methods and EOL testing processes.
• Set up, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain EOL test equipment.
• Support new projects, including equipment setup, testing, CAPEX, and production handover.
• Analyze test results, false rejects, and test coverage to improve product quality.
• Perform root cause analysis, 8D, MSA, calibration, and test validation.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance procedures.
• Train and support technicians on test equipment and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce test time, improve yield, and reduce cost.
• Work with global and cross-functional teams to standardize testing methods.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the speaker/audio industry.
• Experience with speaker testing and acoustic testing.
• Hands-on experience with Klippel, Sweep Test, and Air/Water Leakage Test.
• Able to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and improve test equipment.
• Good understanding of speaker test data and result analysis.
• Experience in root cause analysis and test process improvement.
• Knowledge of test equipment calibration and validation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minitab knowledge is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
