Key Responsibilities

Partner with government agencies to build and iterate on high-quality digital products that solve real user needs.
Collaborate within cross-functional product teams comprising Full Stack Engineers, User Experience Designers, Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver user-centred solutions throughout the product management lifecycle.
Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business needs, refine product requirements, and translate them into scalable, user-centred technical solutions.
Lead the architecture and system design for new features and external system integrations by analysing requirements and API/interface specifications, evaluating solution approaches and technical trade-offs, and producing scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs to support product planning and delivery.
Contribute actively to Agile way of working and Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives to ensure continuous product and team improvement.

Essential Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
Experience leading the technical delivery of software solutions from solution design to implementation
Experience in cloud-based application development and modern engineering practices, including Extreme Programming, Continuous Integration and Delivery
Hands-on experience with modern technologies such as Go, .NET, TypeScript, Angular, and ReactJS  
Experience with AWS deployment, Terraform, Docker, or similar cloud infrastructure tools would be advantageous.
Candidates with experience in the following SG Tech Stack Products would be particularly valued: APEX, Cloud File Transfer (CFT).
Experience with SHIP-HATS, GitLab CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
