Join our team and become the go-to expert for integrating, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training customers on cutting-edge robotics systems.

You’ll be a tech ambassador—supporting our sales team, solving real customer problems, and helping to close exciting automation projects across various industries.

Your Mission

Sales & Technical Support

• Work hand-in-hand with sales to strategize, propose solutions, run demos, support tender bids, and build strong customer relationships.
• Deliver technical proposals, application proof-of-concepts (POCs), and support product training, testing, and commissioning.
• Be the face of our robots: present at trade shows, record training videos, and create impactful tech notes.

Customer Satisfaction

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues like a pro.
• Proactively improve our technical support services.
• Be the calm in the storm—handle escalations smartly and keep customers happy.
• Stay ahead by constantly learning: AI, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, cloud integration

Your Background

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in technical support, training, demo, or project delivery is a plus—but fresh grads are welcome too!
• Bonus if you’ve worked with embedded systems, automation, or in the semiconductor / electronics industry.

Your Skills

• Extra points: Basic understanding of programming, cloud systems, or system integration
• Strong in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Confident presenter: able to simplify complex tech for non-tech people.

Your Personality

• Team player who also owns your work with pride.
• Tech lover—always excited to explore new gadgets or tools.

Other Info

• Must have your own transport.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas occasionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
