Job Description:
Work with bartender team to ensure smooth operations of the bar.
Ensure bar operation standards are adhered to.
Ensure the highest quality of beverages served.
Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the Restaurant Manager about the particular guest's preferences.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
