Job Summary
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations team, focusing on
installation scheduling, installer coordination, documentation, invoicing and customer service
.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate installation schedules, deliveries and site arrangements.
Liaise with customers, Sales, warehouse and installers.
Coordinate sub-contractors and verify invoices.
Maintain installer records and assist with work pass matters.
Handle operational documentation and filing.
Attend to customer feedback, complaints and rectification works.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum
GCE O Level or equivalent
.
1–2 years of experience in coordination, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
