We’re Hiring: Assistant Project Manager – IT

Location: Singapore

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to SGD 5,000/month

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support IT application and infrastructure projects, working closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, schedules, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate across developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, users, and vendors.
• Support testing, deployment planning, and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT project coordination/project administration experience.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, application development, implementation, or support.
• Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Able to travel locally to customer sites when required.
