We are looking for a responsible and hands-on F&B Supervisor to support the daily operations of our outlet. The role involves supervising service crew, maintaining service and food hygiene standards, and assisting the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

       Key Responsibilities


Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
Lead and coordinate service crew deployment, breaks and shift duties.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, service, food hygiene and safety standards.
Train and guide new staff on operational procedures and service standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service, food presentation and outlet cleanliness.
Monitor product availability, stock levels, replenishment and food wastage.
Ensure proper cashiering, cash handling and POS procedures.
Assist with opening, closing, stock-taking and inventory control.
Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
Support the achievement of outlet sales and operational targets.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management.

     Requirements


Relevant F&B experience preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and responsible attitude.
Reliable, punctual and hands-on.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
