We're looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full HR function for our PME (Professional/Manager/Executive) headcount and support our Malaysia subsidiary. This role suits someone who enjoys owning end-to-end HR processes and is comfortable working across two countries.

Job Scope

Work pass administration for PMEs

Recruitment, screening, and onboarding coordination

Performance appraisals and compensation reviews

Training and career development coordination

HR policy and handbook management

Group insurance administration

Payroll processing for PMEs, including Malaysia payroll and statutory compliance

Supporting company-wide HR initiatives and employee engagement

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field

Minimum 3-4 years of HR generalist experience

Prior exposure to Malaysia payroll and statutory compliance preferred

Familiar with HRMS platforms

Organised and able to manage compliance deadlines across two jurisdictions
