Core Responsibilities

·       Handle repeat quotation, renewal contract, Service Level Agreement from time to time in customer service team

·       Data input and follow up cases at CRM system

·       Follow up the contract renewal arrangement via phone

·       Coordinate with internal parties including engineering, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless service or order execution

Qualifications & Requirement

·       Experience or fresh graduates of associate degree, diploma holder will also be considered

·       Good organization skills, attention to detail, and proactive

·       Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English is an advantage

·       Microsoft Word, Excel
