Part-Time Administrative Assistant
The Lab Education Centre is looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, parent enquiries, student records and general office coordination to ensure the smooth running of our coding and robotics programmes.
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical duties.
Respond to parent enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
Assist with student registration, enrolment and class scheduling.
Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups and basic administrative documentation.
Support the preparation of class materials, notices and administrative documents.
Coordinate with teachers and the operations team on class-related matters.
Assist with events, workshops and other centre activities when required.
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Prior administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and WhatsApp.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn.
Experience working in an education centre or with children is an advantage.
Working Hours
Part-time position.
Working days and hours to be discussed.
Weekend availability is preferred.
