8:30am–5:30pm OR 9:00am–6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support for M&E projects

Prepare quotations and purchase orders

Source materials and liaise with suppliers

Coordinate statutory applications and permits

Prepare site progress reports

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims

Maintain project documentation and claim records

Compile O&M manuals and handover documents

Support contract and project insurance documentation

Requirements

Experience in

M&E projects

preferred

Good with numbers and project documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
