Position Summary
The In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Engineer is responsible formonitoring, controlling, and improving in-process quality during opticaltransceiver manufacturing. This role ensures early defect detection, processcompliance, and continuous improvement of in-line quality performance.

The In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Engineer is responsible formonitoring, controlling, and improving in-process quality during opticaltransceiver manufacturing. This role ensures early defect detection, processcompliance, and continuous improvement of in-line quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee in-lineinspections across critical processes:
- DB / WB / AA / Assembly / Test
- Monitor and control:
- Process quality
- Defect trends
- Yield performance
- Identify and implement
for quality issues
- Ensure compliance with:
- SOP and Work Instructions
- Control plans and inspection standards
- Support root cause analysis and correctiveactions
- Provide feedback to Manufacturing andEngineering teams for improvement
- Maintain inspection records, quality data,and reports
