Role Description

We are looking for an Event Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, private celebrations, and special experiences at LeVeL33.

What You’ll Do

• Be the main point of contact for clients — from the first enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Respond to client enquiries and emails promptly and professionally, while building strong and lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and create event proposals, quotations, and arrangements that bring their vision to life.
• Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughs, guiding clients through the space and discussing event possibilities.
• Coordinate closely with our kitchen, service, bar, and operations teams to ensure every detail is well planned and executed.
• Take charge of event setup, logistics, guest support, and on-the-day coordination.
• Manage event calendars, bookings, budgets, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when required.
• Support event sales, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Follow up with clients after events, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Ensure every event reflects LeVeL33’s standards of quality, service, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client enquiries, emails, and site visits professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with hands-on event operations.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or equivalent software; experience with event management systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Singapore’s F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
