We are looking for an AI Application Development Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI applications that solve real business problems. This role will work closely with business, R&D, operations, sales, and marketing teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, incubate AI applications from idea to production, and strengthen the company’s reusable AI capabilities, toolchains, and best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

AI Opportunity Discovery & Business Analysis

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows, pain points, and efficiency gaps.

• Identify practical AI application scenarios across operations, sales, R&D, marketing, and other business functions.

• Produce actionable solution proposals that map business challenges to AI-driven approaches.

• Promote an AI-first mindset and support business teams in adopting AI tools effectively.

AI Application Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and deploy internal enterprise AI applications based on LLM, RAG, Agent, and workflow automation technologies.

• Lead AI application incubation from zero to one, including requirement analysis, solution design, MVP development, testing, iteration, and production deployment.

• Design and implement RAG solutions, including knowledge ingestion, embedding, retrieval strategy optimization, and answer quality improvement.

• Build AI-driven productivity tools for real enterprise scenarios, especially solutions that improve R&D and operational efficiency.

• Maintain and enhance company-wide AI platforms, tools, and application infrastructure.

AI Platform, Tools & Reusable Capabilities

• Build reusable AI tools, skills, components, prompt templates, and Agent design patterns.

• Document best practices for AI application development, RAG implementation, prompt engineering, and Agent workflows.

• Assist in defining enterprise-level AI development standards, specifications, and governance practices.

• Continuously improve the team’s AI engineering capabilities through technical documentation, internal sharing, and reusable assets.

• Technology Research & Innovation

• Track the latest AI technologies and industry best practices, including LLMs, Agents, multimodal AI, AI workflows, RAG, and AI coding assistants.

• Evaluate emerging frameworks, platforms, and tools for potential adoption in enterprise AI applications.

• Conduct technical research and proof-of-concept development to validate new AI capabilities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI application development, AI implementation, or enterprise AI solution delivery. Fresh graduate will also be considered.

• Solid understanding of core AI concepts, including Transformer models, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, Agents, function calling, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Proven project experience building AI applications using LLM, RAG, Agent, or AI workflow frameworks.

• Experience with end-to-end software development, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern software engineering practices.

• Ability to understand business scenarios deeply and design AI solutions based on real business pain points.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Strong learning agility, curiosity, and motivation for in-depth technical research.
