CONTENT CREATOR

Department: Business Development
Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM1,700 – RM1,900 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to support our Business Development team in creating engaging content for our apparel products and services.

The role will focus mainly on content creation, photo/video production and social media posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos such as TikTok and Reels.
• Create content featuring our products, services, manufacturing process and completed projects.
• Take product photos and videos for social media.
• Prepare simple captions, hashtags and posting materials.
• Maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
• Develop simple content ideas based on current social media trends.
• Assist with product and factory shooting.
• Repurpose existing content for different social media platforms.
• Monitor basic content performance such as views, engagement and enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team on products and services to be featured.
• Assist with TikTok Shop and online product content when required.
• Assist during live-selling activities when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in content creation or social media is an advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Able to use CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Creative and able to develop content ideas.
• Comfortable shooting videos and taking photos.
• Willing to appear in videos is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and follow content schedules.
• Willing to work in a hands-on SME environment.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience creating TikTok/Reels content.
• Experience with TikTok Shop.
• Experience with live selling.
• Basic product photography/videography skills.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, retail or e-commerce.
• Good understanding of current social media trends.

This is a practical content creation role for someone who enjoys creating videos, taking photos and building social media content.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
