About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations and monitoring daily operations of production, quality control, process, industrial engineering and any ad-hoc factory management issues. The role ensures smooth and productive manufacturing processes run efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations and monitor daily production, quality control, process, and industrial engineering

• Ensure smooth and productive manufacturing processes run efficiently and safely

• Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting to improve process performance

• Monitor and review necessary actions for maintenance of automated production lines

• Address ad-hoc factory management issues

About you

• Degree or diploma in textile/garment disciplines

• Over 5 years at managerial level in manufacturing operations

• Solid experience in textile/garment industry with production management exposure

• Experience in handling sportswear and casual wear is a plus

• Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills

• Good command of English and Mandarin
