Overview

Our client is a leading global manufacturing organisation with an established international footprint and complex technology operations. They are seeking a Security Platform Engineer (Microsoft) to join their Singapore team and contribute to enterprise-wide security initiatives across multiple regions.

Role

As a Security Platform Engineer (Microsoft), you will play a key technical role in strengthening the organisation's global cybersecurity environment. You will assess and implement security technologies, support major security projects, address complex security issues, and provide senior-level technical guidance to engineering and technology teams. The role will also contribute to security standards, policies and procedures while promoting strong security practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant Information Security experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, including SIEM administration, maintenance and security monitoring.
• Experience with Azure Power Apps/workflows for SIEM automation and SOAR, together with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, policy configuration and Conditional Access.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise security technologies including DLP, cloud security, vulnerability management, network access control, PKI, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, MFA, firewalls and incident response.
• CISSP certification is highly desirable, while additional certifications such as CEH, GIAC or CCSP would be advantageous.
