JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT/FULL-TIME)

Key responsibilities will cover:
Manage the full trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and derivatives

Work with brokers and custodians to resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational discrepancies

Perform daily reconciliation of cash and positions across internal and external systems

Basic office administrative support including some day-to-day office requirements alongside colleagues, such as office supplies, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

Job Requirements:
A polytechnic level academic qualification or equivalent, with an authorization to work in Singapore

A team player with detailed-driven, responsible, and proactive

Deadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive reporting requirements

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
