A Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Site Management:
Managing daily operations, enforcing safety protocols, and supervising personnel.

Progress Tracking:
Ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.

Quality Control:
Inspecting work and materials to meet specifications and regulations.

Coordination:
Liaising with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and clients.

Resource Management:
Ensuring materials and equipment are available and used correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge:
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.

Leadership:
Strong team management and decision-making skills.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting.

Safety Expertise:
Deep understanding of health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SSIC).

Typical Qualifications: Must have Degree with min 3 years experience.

License: Ability to travel around Singapore with own vehicle. Class 3 driving licence with 2 years min driving experience.

Educational background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor.
