CHEF – JOB SCOPE (THAI FOOD)

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes according to recipes and menu standards.
• Specialize in Thai cuisine, including noodles, curries, stir-fried dishes, soups, salads and traditional Thai dishes.
• Prepare and handle Thai ingredients, sauces, herbs and spices properly.
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion and presentation are maintained consistently.
• Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
• Monitor food stock and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
