Oversee day-to-day marine and port logistics operations, ensuring seamless vessel servicing, terminal coordination, and supply chain execution. Manage on-ground teams and liaise closely with port authorities, vendors, and shipping clients to optimize turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily marine operational activities, including vessel scheduling, port clearance coordination, and cargo handling workflows Serve as the main point of contact for vessel masters, local port authorities, terminal operators, and maritime vendorsEnsure all marine logistics activities strictly comply with Singapore port regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws ( MPA and WSH requirements)Monitor operational metrics, troubleshoot scheduling bottlenecks, and resolve logistical emergencies promptlySupervise, mentor, and coordinate the daily rosters of operations executives and field personnel
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field1 to 3 years of professional experience in maritime operations, ship management, port agency, or offshore logisticsStrong working knowledge of local port procedures, maritime documentation, and vessel turnaround requirementsExcellent problem-solving abilities under pressure, with strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to handle operational updates and coordinate effectively across multi-shift or on-call workflows

Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
